How to disable the Guest account and Rename the Administrator account
This document shows you how to disable the Guest account, and rename the Administrator account using
the "Computer Management" MMC. Note that if your computer is a member of a domain, you may also
need to perform the following steps using "Active Directory Users and Computers."
1.) To manage accounts, right click on the "My Computer" icon, and select "Manage", as shown in the figure.
2.) Navigate to the "Users" folder as shown in the figure.
3.) Right click on the Guest account, and choose "Properties".
4.) Click on the "Account is Disabled" checkbox to disable the Guest account.
5.) Click on OK
6.) Right click on the Administrator account and click on "Rename" to rename the administrator
account.
7.) Enter a new name for the Administrator account.
